Established in 2021, Baked by Fern evolved from a love of creating (and enjoying) delicious bakes. It became a mission to truly understand the science behind each bake, meaning recipes could be fine tuned to deliver goods that not only look good, but taste exceptional. We believe that life is too short to turn down cake, so best make it the crème de la crème!

Fast forward to now, and BBF is a home-based small business creating delicious baked goods locally to Weston-super-Mare and surrounding areas. You’ll find us at local food and farmer’s markets (keep an eye on our social media for details), and we’re also now able to supply UK wide via our postal box range.

We are committed to sustainability, so are working hard to minimise our use of single use plastics and all of our packaging is fully recyclable (including the tape!). When the goods are with you, please help by recycling your packaging.

We’re also invested in reducing our carbon footprint and sourcing ethically. We buy local where possible, which also means supporting our farms and other small businesses.
